Refund Policy:

If you would like a refund, please email tailgating@easternmarket.org stating you would like a refund with the name you've purchased the tickets under and how many tickets you have purchased. Refunds will be reimbursed within 4-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
